JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensures that daily tasks are done with accuracy and in a timely manner including but not limited to:

  2. Coordinating with New York planner, developers, factories, and customers for order forecast and review.

  3. Buying placements and production status to ensure the on-time delivery of goods from start point until shipment completion.
  4. Reviewing the escalated production issues and determining action steps which may include reaching out to factory/liaison office to work on solutions and/or escalating them to management.
  5. Communicating directly to the customers and factories as well as accommodating their inquires or requests for any changes on order details in collaboration with merchandising, logistics, QA, purchasing, and New York planners for production details transparency such as, but not limited to: 1) all required data information for common reference; 2) production monitoring (WIP PSR); 3) Samples monitoring (PPS-TOP); 4) Troubleshooting of issues.
  6. Facilitating and leading cross-functional interactions with all internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making process, remove roadblocks and bring about resolution.
  7. Taking ownership, communicating, and alerting all concerned parties of all high-level issues in a timely manner.

  8. Performing other related tasks which may be assigned from time-to-time (Special Project/Task such as OSH, others)

  9. Complies and follows the standard operating procedures in relation to the tasks outlined above, including ensuring that the ones being complied/followed are up to date.

  10. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

  1. Knowledge and understanding on supply chain management.
  2. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelor's Degree
  2. Preferably with related experience in garments/textile industry, but is not a requirement.
  3. High level skills with Microsoft Excel, ability to do pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conduct data analysis and extract critical points for team review.
  4. ERP Experience (NextGen / EDI) preferred.
