Qualifications:
- College graduate
- At least 1 year experience as Right of Way Staff in OSP
- Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal
- With knowledge in legal matters related to project construction
- Flexible and can work under time pressure
- With pleasing personality and excellent negotiation skills
- Willing to be assigned to any project site (Luzon and Visayas area)
- Can start ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
- Review plans and conduct site surveys
- Negotiate with property owners, LGU's and other government agencies, and acquire necessary permits for project construction/development
- Collaborate with implementation team to ensure compliance with regulations and handle documentation related to site acquisition
- Assist in resolving site issues during implementation
