Are you a highly motivated and articulate individual with a passion for customer service and sales? We are seeking a Remote Sales & Customer Service Representative to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This is a remote, full-time role focused on managing inbound and outbound calls, driving booking conversions, and delivering exceptional service to prospective clients. If you have a strong command of English with a neutral accent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to meet KPIs, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Proactively convert enquiries into bookings, aligning with sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes
- Resolve client queries and provide clear, concise information about products and services
- Uphold brand standards in every customer interaction
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends and customer needs
- Work closely with the operations and bookings team to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Daily and weekly KPIs based on number of calls, meaningful conversations, and successful bookings
- Ability to meet and exceed conversion targets while maintaining customer satisfaction metrics
- Prior experience in sales, call centre, or customer service roles
- Exceptional spoken English with a neutral accent (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident in working independently
- Comfortable with scripts, CRM systems, and structured workflows
- Excellent problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline), though not essential
- Familiarity with call handling software, VoIP systems, and CRM platforms
- Previous remote work experience is highly regarded
