Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor / Safety Officer- Bulacan

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Designs a safety inspection checklist, schedule and procedures.

· Conducts safety inspection on site and documents deviations/ recommendations and endorses the same to the immediate supervisor

· Identifies and evaluates the risk which employees may be exposed to and ensures that all employees are oriented of such and the hazards prevalent on site.

· Designs preventive maintenance procedure and schedule for all the machines, tools and equipment supporting production.

· Conducts regular fire prevention inspections with findings documented and reported to management

· Documents incident/accident and spearheads thorough investigation and come up with remedial actions to prevent future occurrence

· Ensures all safety signs and notices are prominently displayed on site that includes evacuation plan/map

· Complies risk assessment, safe working procedure and method statement basing on actual observation of the process at the production floor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of Engineering/Mechanical/Technical Course

· Previous Manufacturing experience is an advantage

· At least 3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing set-up

· Knows trouble shooting of machines and understands mechanical diagrams

· Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft application

· Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php27, Php35,000.00 per month
