Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree in Engineering or other related courses.
• With at least 2-4 years experience as Transport Supervisor.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets, can work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Strong work ethics.
• Must be willing to work onsite Mondays-Saturdays.
• Must be lliving in/near Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Job Description:

• Customer Orders. On a daily basis, analyse all incoming orders to be able to decide on the most cost-effective resources for order fulfilment, either company owned trucks or 3PL delivery service providers.
• Company Owned Trucks
• Manage & optimize actual OPEX costs (including Direct, Indirect & Depreciation Costs) to be at least 15%-20% lower than average 3PL market rates.
• Conduct order clustering and route planning for all company owned trucks to optimize the trip, space utilization and maximize the financial cost efficiency.
• Maximize trip and space utilization.
• Manage 3rd party service provider of drivers and helpers
• Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Establish a preventive maintenance program for co-owned fleet trucks.
• Recommend, accredit and negotiate rates from 3rd party service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Manage costs of Repair & Maintenance.
• Propose, justify and manage Driver's Performance Incentive Program (if any).
• 3PL Delivery Service Providers.
• Manage, accredit new and/or replace 3PL delivery service providers to meet business requirements.
• Conduct training and provide checklist/reminders to ensure the drivers of 3PL delivery service providers are familiar with the following:
• Product Handling – to minimize product damage and accidents
• Delivery Documents Distribution List (color coded documents distribution)
• Leadtime (Maximum # days allowance)
• Product Delivery
• Return of Proof Of Delivery (POD)
• Customer Service Requirements
• Customer Complaints Handling
• Resource Planning. On a daily basis, provide advanced notice to 3PL service providers of all incoming orders to provide 3PL delivery service providers sufficient time to secure additional drivers/trucks (if needed).
• Proof Of Delivery (POD)
• Ensure Proof of Delivery is physically returned to hubs and transmitted to the Headoffice Billing & Collection Department of client and company.
• Actively manage the current process on POD documents return. Send out reminders and follow-ups on POD overdues (and next week due list).
• Manage the automatic issuance, processing and send out of Affidavits Of Loss covering POD overdues.
• Implement process improvement (if needed) to increase the process reliability & dependability.
• Payables & Receivables.
• Ensure complete and timely customer billing & collection.
• Ensure complete and timely payments to all 3PL service providers.
• Preparation and distribution of updated status monitoring dashboard for:
• Order Fulfillment (Delivery Completeness/Timeliness)
• Proof Of Delivery (POD) return
• Manage customer queries and complaints on a timely basis.
• Other assignments and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
