Job Title: Service Transition Manager (STM)The STM will facilitate the service transition of support to the DXC Service Management Team(s). Responsibilities:Hold weekly meetings with the Project Manager to review open STM requirements.
Ensure the handover process for changes into SAP Production Systems (MO-FPS) is carried out effectively. Provide Service Transition updates via email to the DXC SM team. Coordinate reviews with the DXC SM team regarding support model updates.
Schedule Knowledge Transfer (KT) training sessions and obtain KT signoff. Provide STM signoff on all project-related Change Records (CR). Align with DXC SM on potential OLTP/manual changes in the Production system.
Enforce the Early Life Support (ELS) plan during the ELS phase of the project. Review and report the status of ELS defects to the DXC SM team.
Ensure all requirements in the Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC) are completed upon handover, including ELS closure criteria and signoffs. Requirements:Project Management: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and teams. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
SAP Production Systems: Experience managing changes in SAP Production environments. Knowledge Transfer: Experience scheduling and obtaining signoff for KT sessions. Change Management: Signoff experience on Change Records (CR).
Operational Alignment: Experience aligning OLTP/manual changes. ELS Planning and SAC Compliance: Ensuring adherence to ELS and SAC requirements.
