We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. The role involves answering calls and emails, resolving issues, and providing accurate product and service information. The candidate will also handle after-sales support, modifications, and escalate complex concerns when needed. To succeed in this role, you should be able to remain professional and composed when dealing with challenging situations, and have strong communication skills with experience using computer systems.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with orders, billing, and account-related enquiries.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up on pending enquiries to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and service delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role such as customer success, customer support, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • A positive, customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
