Objective:

Assist EAM Manager to enforce policies, rules and conduct of affairs in organization. Supervise the Village Engineers. Village Maintenance Technicians and other skilled personnel. Oversee all projects, constructions, operations, and maintenance related activities. Ensure that all facility, equipment, building, parks, grounds are in tip top condition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full coordination and oversee entire in-house maintenance operation and all of 3rd party contractor assign to perform work order of AWHHAI Management which includes equipment handling and modification
  • Manage the assigned project and ensure that it is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering and architectural practices
  • Conduct preventive maintenance regularly which includes monitoring, inspection, coordination, reporting assisting and responding to each identified issue related to mechanical, electrical, ACU, ventilation, civil works, structural, architectural and all others but not limited to repair and troubleshooting.
  • Address and response effectively to all complaints and ensure compliance under work order process.
  • Provide necessary safety precautions within the village and to all facilities and equipment.
  • In-charge on the contractors work completion checklist, scheduling for both in-house and 3rd party contractor which shall be approved by the EAM Manager
  • Handle the Engineering and Maintenance team with regards to their attendance, performance, physical appearance as AWHHAI employee and ensure a regular meeting among team
  • Work together with the Engineering and Maintenance Manager by managing the capital budget related to property maintenance
  • Maintain records for all maintenance related documents
  • Prepare and submits regular reports required by Engineering and Maintenance Manager
  • Prepare regular work schedule and assignment for maintenance team
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
