About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.'. This full-time role will be based in Cebu City, Cebu and involves handling inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as required
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and processes

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, with a good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
