What you will do:

  • Conceptualizes product ideas in consultation and collaboration with Culinary R&D Chef Manager
  • Proposes and identifies recipe developmental needs (new suppliers, equipment, tools)
  • Conducts and documents benchmark studies of new recipes scheduled for development
  • Prepares preliminary recipe costing to ensure cost targets are attained.
  • Prepares recipe samples for presentation/ approval by management
  • Reviews documented recipe and process/procedure standards of approved recipes for launch

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years experience exposure to restaurant industry chef
  • Advance cooking skills
  • Knowledgeable with different cuisines
