The Warehouse Supervisor – Outbound is responsible for managing and overseeing all outbound operations including order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch of goods. The role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintains quality and safety standards, and leads a team of associates to meet operational targets while delivering excellent service to customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily outbound operations including picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
  • Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Assign, train, and manage a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily targets.
  • Coordinate with inventory and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies and shortages.
  • Ensure proper documentation and shipping records are maintained.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and dispatch efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in the warehouse.
  • Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Oversee use of equipment such as scanners, forklifts, and loading tools.
  • Prepare and submit reports on outbound performance and variances.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound operations, distribution, and shipping procedures.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • Effective leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; reporting and data analysis skills preferred.
