Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling, organizing, and tracking materials, assets, and supplies within the warehouse. This role ensures proper inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and efficient distribution of materials to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, assets, and supplies against delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and labeling of materials and assets within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems regularly.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and assist in inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare and dispatch materials and supplies as per internal requests and schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation of asset movement, transfers, and disposals.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners (if applicable).
- Follow safety and handling guidelines to prevent damage or loss of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to the supervisor for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials when required.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
