The MMS Processor – Warehouse is responsible for accurately processing and updating inventory data in the Merchandise Management System (MMS), ensuring smooth warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. The role requires strong attention to detail, system knowledge, and coordination with warehouse and inventory teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • MMS Operations & Data Entry
  • Accurately process stock receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns in MMS.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inbound and outbound goods.
  • Ensure accurate SKU-level stock updates in the system.
  • Inventory Control
  • Assist in daily cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Monitor and flag stock variances for corrective action.
  • Support physical stock audits and system alignment.
  • Warehouse Coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for order processing and dispatch updates.
  • Ensure documents (GRN, delivery notes, transfer notes) are correctly captured in MMS.
  • Communicate with procurement, finance, and store operations for system-related updates.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and transaction reports from MMS.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.
  • Escalate any system issues or stock irregularities to supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management; experience with MMS/ERP systems preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MMS or ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong MS Excel and data handling skills.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
