Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the parking business, ensuring accurate recording, reporting, and compliance with company policies and government regulations. The role includes supervising accounting staff, managing financial transactions related to parking revenues, collections, disbursements, and preparing reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and payroll related to parking operations.
  • Monitor and reconcile parking revenues, cashier remittances, and deposits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, monthly reports, and variance analyses.
  • Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of petty cash, revolving funds, and collections from multiple parking sites.
  • Coordinate with operations team regarding parking revenues, discounts, validations, and refunds.
  • Supervise and train accounting staff; provide guidance and performance feedback.
  • Liaise with external auditors, government agencies (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and banks when necessary.
  • Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
  • At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in service, retail, or parking industry).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and government compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
