Overall, the
PR Manager
is responsible for effectively developing and successfully implementing the PR/media and influencer relationship strategy, in line with the brand and category objectives.

We see her as a:

  1. Catalyst- someone to drive the ideas, strategy, and activities that will enable the brand to be known among key influencers/ endorsers/experts and media personnel/publications, especially in the growing digital world.

  2. Gifted communicator, able to break down brand strategy to language and communication plans/materials that will effectively connect to our identified stakeholders.

  3. Networker as the Brand Representative, able to reach out and connect while being a true advocate of the brand and its values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Hands-on experience leading consumer PR campaigns

  2. Dynamic persona and charisma, rooted in integrity and sharing the same values as the company

  3. Proven ability to develop and successfully implement communications strategies, achieving targeted metrics.

  4. A strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams with highly developed teamwork skills

  5. Understanding of emerging trends and technologies influencing earned media

  6. Agency work experience is a plus, as well as effectively partnering with a PR agency as a client to achieve sustainable high performance

  7. With knowledge in performance marketing: PR metrics, targeting, and achievement.
