Job Summary:

The Social Listening Analyst drives brand strategies through consumer sentiment reports, influencer evaluations, crisis monitoring, and trend forecasts, contributing valuable insights to agency pitches.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates daily, weekly, and monthly social media listening reports to help brands have an overview of the consumer's perception and general sentiments online.
  • Crafts brand communication strategies based on sentiments gathered online that will be utilized in creating campaigns and digital marketing collaterals.
  • Evaluates influencers based on various metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and audience profile to determine if a personality will be fit to represent the brand and/or campaign.
  • Responsible for digital crisis monitoring, aids in creating communication strategies and short, mid, and long-term action plans with the brand and the crisis communications division of the agency to address the issue.
  • Creates a monthly trend forecast report that is cascaded to the agency and is used in brainstorming sessions and planning of the different business units.
  • Contributes to agency pitches through data and consumer insights, as well as in crafting various strategic frameworks, including possible messaging houses.
