4. Product Knowledge: possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services. They stay updated on product features. specifications and pricing to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information that aids in their decision-making process.
5. Sales Reporting: may be responsible for generating sales reports and maintaining sales-related documentation. They track and analyze sales data. monitors key performance indicators and provide insights to the sales team or management for informed decision-making and strategic planning
6.Relationship Building: focus on building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers. They establish rapport, develop trust, and nurture partnerships that contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. By proactively engaging with customers, anticipating their needs. and offering personalized support, they enhance the overall customer experience. Actively maintain relationships with key customers or clients in collaboration with the field sales representatives. As a point of escalation for customer concerns or complaints, to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with various internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations. They communicate customer feedback, share insights, and work together to improve processes, address customer needs. and optimize the overall customer experience.
