About the role

LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' is seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our team in our Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and managing sales orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
  2. Liaising with customers to provide updates on order status and resolve any queries or issues
  3. Preparing sales quotes and proposals
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions
  5. Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Office
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  6. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
