Technical Implementation Specialist

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines is looking for a a Technical Implementation Specialist based in the Philippines.

Work Setup: Fully WFH 

Shift Schedule: Night Shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. This role is crucial for providing enterprise-level support and ensuring seamless integration of the Company's solutions for our partners.

Your Responsibilities:

• Client Integration Project Management: Manage the integration of the Company's products, including SSO, SIS, payment systems, and custom data solutions. Coordinate project discovery calls, track progress, and handle implementations independently or through engineering tickets.
  
• Partner Support: Provide timely and accurate solutions to client inquiries and support desk tickets using email, video, and chat applications. Maintain continuous follow-up until project completion.
  
• Internal Collaboration: Communicate effectively with support, sales, and engineering teams regarding client integration statuses and escalate issues when necessary.
  
• Problem Solving: Take ownership of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to triage and address bugs promptly.
  
• Quality Assurance: Perform QA for new features and fixes in production and staging environments. Develop and maintain training and documentation for implementation.
  
• Customer-Centric: Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and user experience.
  
• Support New Releases: Participate in feedback, testing, and documentation updates for new product releases.
  

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferred in any IT, Computer Engineering, or any related degree
• Must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of professional IT experience
• Familiarity with CRMs, consumer-facing software, and/or ed-tech products is a plus
• QA experience and working with software or startup companies is a plus
• Passion for user experience and customer service
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Resilience and determination in evolving circumstances
• Excellent english communication skills
