Job Description

The ERIC Implementation Specialist (ERIC ERP) will be trained as a certified professional and be responsible in installation and implementation of the ERIC ERP system. The ERIC ERP is a comprehensive and state of the art ERP system covering financial, distribution, manufacturing and personnel software applications. Key Responsibilities

Project Scoping:

  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development key people and attend meetings with clients to identify scope of their implementation requirements
  • Data Gathering

Consulting:

  • Identify and translate customer requirements into solutions.
  • Must learn detailed knowledge of industry's best practices.

Facilitate End-User Training and User Acceptance Test:

  • Conduct training with key users
  • Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on ERIC products to clients and team-members
  • Provide On-site Client Support

Project Documentation, Analysis, and Reports:

  • Must be able to work on multiple projects and efficiently implement ERIC successfully
  • Document and validate business requirements

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of working experience is preferred but FRESH GRADUATES are WELCOME TO APPLY
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer relations with good service orientation
  • Enjoys travelling as the job requires extensive mobility
  • 8 Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
