For this position, it can be quite dynamic, offering various opportunities for advancement. With experience, a Project Architect can progress to a Senior Project Architect role, taking on more complex and larger-scale projects. This role typically involves greater responsibility in project oversight, mentoring junior architects, and being a key decision-maker.

Job Description

  • Lead the design process by creating preliminary concepts, layouts, and detailed architectural plans.
  • Conduct site analyses, consider client needs, and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to produce drawings and 3D models.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project goals and manage expectations.
  • Regularly conduct site visits to monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, including junior architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Delegate tasks set clear objectives, and ensure that the team collaborates effectively to achieve project milestones.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations, and design reviews with internal teams and clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience work specializing in Architecture/Interior Design
  • Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and the like
  • Portfolio of completed projects
  • Ability to translate concepts into functional construction design
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed with a proactive work approach
  • Must possess at least 1 Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalent

  • Ability to work under pressure
