MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in QA
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for defining the test strategy for a project while working on continuous project quality improvements. Ensures quality assurance standards across projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plans, executes, and oversees inspection and testing of the incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
  • Analyzes and investigates system defects or reported quality issues to ensure closure under company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • Suggest required test types that are applicable to assigned projects.
  • Create Test Plan, track project defects, updates required QA deliverables i.e. TCCS.
  • Provision of QA design and execution recommendations to project teams.
  • Coordinate quality concerns and issues to Project lead / QA Lead.
  • Review test design, test suite, test cases or other related QA deliverables
  • Assists Jr and Mid QA resources on QA practices and activities

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Education

–  At least graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
- Related Work Experience

–

At least
3 years

of in-depth experience in Software Testing and QA implementation.
- In-depth experience in test case creation and analysis.
- In-depth experience in defect reporting and monitoring.
- Analyzed business and system requirements and functional specifications to develop and execute detailed test cases and verify possible bugs using the different environments such as Mobile Application, USSD, RWD, and Web Portal, etc.
- Assisting Jr and QA resources in QA Practices
- Writing a test case, test approach & sign-off document for 3 years.
- Experience Test Cases Creation and Analysis
- Experience in Manual (black box, white box, etc.) and preferred to have experience in running automated testing (Selenium Webdriver, TestComplete, or desired tools)
- Knowledge

–  In-depth knowledge  in the following:
- QA Standards and Practices - ISTQB (preferred)
- Foundational level of ISTQB certification (preferred)
- QA Practices in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
- Automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, and Appium, etc.
