We're Hiring: QA/QC Officer (Telco Industry)
Job Summary:
The QA/QC Officer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products and processes within the organization. This includes implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS), conducting inspections and audits, identifying quality issues, and enforcing corrective actions to ensure that all outputs meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management Systems
- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Establish and document quality policies, procedures, and standards for consistency across the organization.
Inspections and Audits
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems.
- Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve identified issues.
Testing and Analysis
- Coordinate and perform tests on materials, components, and finished products.
- Analyze test results to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain) to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, inspection findings, and audits.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality-related activities and corrective actions.
- Communicate quality performance and findings to management and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Certified in WAH, COSH, HIRAC, and LCM.
Experience:
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles with a strong understanding of quality management systems.
- Experience conducting inspections, audits, and tests.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in quality management software, testing tools, and relevant technologies.
