The
SAP
Program Manager
will be responsible for coordinating and tracking multiple programs that span
enterprise applications (SAP, ServiceNow, analytics, and custom development)
and
supporting infrastructure initiatives (cloud, workplace, and security)
.

The role focuses on
program governance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across delivery, operations, and presales teams.

In addition, this position will support
presales and pursuit coordination
, helping consolidate inputs, manage timelines, and maintain documentation throughout the bid process.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain consolidated
  program schedules, action trackers, and risk registers
  .
• Follow up with project managers and tower leads for status updates and deliverable closures.
• Support preparation of weekly and monthly dashboards, reports, and governance documents.
• Ensure consistency in project documentation, templates, and reporting standards.

Presales & Pursuit Support

• Support
  the preparation and coordination of
  RFP/RFI responses
  and proposals.
• Gather and consolidate inputs from delivery, architecture, finance, and commercial teams.
• Track pursuit timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time submissions.
• Maintain organized pursuit documentation and archives for audit and reference.
• Assist with internal coordination for reviews and approvals related to proposals or bids.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate internally across delivery, presales, operations, and vendor teams.
• Track open issues, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely closure.
• Support governance meeting logistics, including agenda preparation and action tracking.

Financial & Resource Tracking

• Help consolidate budget, forecast, and resource utilization data from different workstreams.
• Maintain reports for program financials and resource planning reviews.

• Brings strong discipline, consistency, and ownership to managing information and deliverables across stakeholders.
