We handle many daily technical tasks within all SAPs product areas: SAP Solution Manager, CCMS, SAP Basis Portal, SAP Basis PI (XI), SAP Basis Java, SAP ERP technology stack, SAP SCM technology stack, SAP SRM technology stack, SAP BW/BI technology stack, SAP BOBJ / BODS, NetWeaver technology stack, Oracle database, SQL Server database, SAP HANA, SAP MaxDB, IBM DB2.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Task and Change management process in order to meet KPI's and cost targets.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute project / implementation tasks and ensure progress.
  • Act as focal point for SAP Basis Task/Change Management and send out status information to customers and stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure resource allocation for defined implementation tasks (not limited to Basis team. e.g. Windows, Storage, Unix).
  • Ensure that communication within the project is organized in an efficient and appropriate manner.
  • Own the status of each executed task and ensure compliance within SAP Basis Operation HOTO process.
  • Assist technicians and other service managers in complying to our Change Process.
  • Support critical patch plan when new patch defined in the MI level.
  • Assist in developing SAP Basis PH team service description.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience within Project Management or Service Management delivery areas.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem, SR).
  • Basic understanding of SAP Basis or any related infrastructure area's service maintenance activities (upgrade, patching, installation, service windows).
  • Excellent organization and communication skills (Oral / Written).
  • Demonstrated knowledge on MS Office and other efficiency tools (Excel, PPT, Word, Visio).
  • ITIL Foundations or PMP certification is an advantage.
  • SAP Technology consultant certification is a plus.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with positive work attitude.
