Job DescriptionLead and manage end-to-end legal support for M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts such as joint venture agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and licensing deals. Advise and collaborate with senior leadership and business units on legal risks, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Oversee and coordinate with external counsel on specialized legal matters when necessary. Support and drive corporate governance efforts, ensuring alignment with internal policies and relevant regulations. The Successful ApplicantPhilippine-licensed lawyer with 5-8 years of relevant legal experience

Strong background in M&A, corporate transactions, and contract negotiation

Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services) is an advantage

Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
