The Recruitment and Activation Manager responsible to actively source prospective financial advisors and agency leaders and or partners with agency leaders to ensure manpower target of the regions of assignment are met and ensures activation of the new advisors within their first 90 days.

  • Actively source recruits for advisors and AAM candidates and or through engagement of agency leaders to contribute to manpower build-up
  • Conducts onboarding program for the newly advisors within the first 90 days to increase retention and productivity
  • Organizes recruitment activities and sources possible leads generation platforms
  • Conversion of business opportunities program attendees to advisors

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 3 years solid experience in Recruitment and People Development gained in the life insurance industry
  • With Training background is an advantage
  • With good facilitation and presentation skills
  • With experience in sales is an advantage
