Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Medical Product Specialist to join our team in Central Luzon. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting and supporting our range of medical equipment, supplies, and devices across the region. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of medical products, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion:
  • Actively promote RP Medical Innovations Inc.'s medical products to healthcare professionals, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders in Central Luzon.
  • Identify and target potential customers, providing them with comprehensive product information and demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Training and Education:
  • Undergo comprehensive product training to become an expert in the features, benefits, and applications of our medical products.
  • Conduct product training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about the proper use and benefits of our products.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and institutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
  • Gather and report feedback from customers and healthcare professionals to help improve products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for new product introductions and market expansion.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide support in preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders for customers.
  • Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to showcase our products.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and training sessions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Previous experience in medical product sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical equipment, supplies, and devices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within Central Luzon as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
