
Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinate with accountants for monthly/quarterly/year-end reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Books of Accounts in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, timekeeping, and leave tracking
