Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
  • Provide accurate travel information, including schedules, pricing, and policies.
  • Handle rebooking, cancellations, and changes in reservations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Promote travel deals, packages, and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure all bookings are processed accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a travel account, customer service, or BPO industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of travel systems (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
