About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Content Moderator to join our dynamic team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' in Pasay City Metro Manila. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our online content. What you'll be doing

  1. Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community guidelines and policies
  2. Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content for removal
  3. Provide timely and accurate feedback to our content creators and contributors
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our content moderation processes
  5. Stay up-to-date with evolving industry trends and best practices in content moderation

What we're looking for

  1. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Knowledge of social media platforms and online content trends
  4. Familiarity with content moderation tools and techniques
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
