About the role

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking a full-time Logistic Encoder to join our team based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Logistic Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining logistics data to support our client's supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately input logistics data into our client's management system
  2. Monitor and update inventory levels and stock movements
  3. Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation
  4. Collaborate with operations teams to resolve discrepancies and issues
  5. Maintain detailed records and generate reports as required
  6. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a logistics data entry or warehousing role
  2. Excellent numeric and data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office suite such as SAP, Pivot, Vlook Up
  4. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  6. Familiarity with warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes
