Hiring Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, market analysis, and digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Promotion:

Ø Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (online, social media, traditional media) to attract potential tenants.

Ø Create and distribute promotional materials, including advertisements and property brochures.

Ø Conduct physical inspections to ensure the property's "curb appeal" and tour paths meet high standards.

Ø Perform market surveys to monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies.

  • Sales & Leasing:

Ø Convert leads into prospects and ultimately residents by providing information and conducting personalized tours of the property.

Ø Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Ø Screen and qualify prospective tenants by conducting background, credit, and reference checks.

Ø Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.

Ø Negotiate lease terms and oversee the move-in and move-out processes.

  • Client & Tenant Relations:

Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, creating a positive first impression.

Ø Maintain excellent customer service, addressing tenant questions and concerns, and helping to resolve issues.

Ø Foster relationships with both new and existing clients and residents.

  • Administrative & Record Keeping:

Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, tenant information, and interactions.

Ø Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and ensure data is current.

Ø Assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports.
