Sales Executive

- Promote and sell high-quality finishing materials (marble, granite, laminates, etc.) to residential clients.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal closing.
- Conduct product presentations and prepare quotations.
- Coordinate with operations for delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain good client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Update sales records and reports regularly.
- Visit project sites and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in building materials or home décor industry).
- Proven sales record and ability to meet targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and can work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to do fieldwork within Metro Manila.
- Knowledge of residential market and customer needs is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM).
- Willing to learn product details and represent a premium brand.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
