Property Architect

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare progress reports for the manager and the unit/owner.
- Attend regular or scheduled site visits to assess the unit before inviting contractors/suppliers for the actual inspection.
- Review the cost proposals submitted by contractors/suppliers before sending them to the unit/owner or tenant.
- Acting as the link between unit owners, tenants, and the team.
- Ensure that the chosen contractor/supplier fulfills good quality work.
- Prior to turnover, evaluate the contractor/supplier's overall completion of the work.
- Managing and developing project schedules and carrying them out according to the mutually agreed-on timeline.

Qualifications:
▪ Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
▪ Licensure Board Exam for Architecture passer or non-passer but with at least 1 year of working experience in related field (Project, Construction and Facilities Management)
▪ Must have an experience on at least one of the following Project Development Phases/Stages: Planning and Design, General Construction, and Building/Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
▪ Must be computer literate
▪ Customer-oriented
▪ Results-oriented
▪ Must be hardworking, resourceful and innovative
▪ Can work with minimal supervision
▪ Can start ASAP
