This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications:
·Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
·With 2 to 5 years of experience in brand management in retail industry is required for this position with a track record of achieving goals and targets
·Creative and has strong creative skills in developing unique marketing campaigns
·Proficient in analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns
·Excellent marketing communication skills with good understanding of consumer behavior and trends
·Proficient in managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working within the given budget
·Collaborative and ability to work effectively with different departments including external agencies
Duties and Responsibilities
· Plans, implements, monitor and evaluates marketing programs
· Conducts market research and identify consumer insights and trends
· Collaborate with different departments to create brand campaigns and marketing initiatives
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives
· Conducts regular fieldwork, trade checks and monitors competitive activities
· Ensures proper and timely execution of marketing activities
· Conducts research activities and identifies consumer insights and growth opportunities
