The Sales Tools Specialist position aims to impact revenue and sales force effectiveness by understanding and responding to Sales & Sales Management needs related to New Hire Training. The incumbent will demonstrate strong communication, business process, and technical expertise to maximize the benefits of GCRM, Salesforce, and other vital selling tools. This role also provides problem-solving and technical support to ensure optimal utilization of CRM and other core sales tools, along with ongoing training for all employees.

1. Support all Sales CRM platforms as a CRM power user/expert.
2. Enhance understanding of GCRM, Salesforce, CPQ, Zoom, Adobe Sign, SalesPro, and other tools, including best practices.
3. Lead review and training of sales tools for NAUK New Hires.
4. Assist Sales and Sales Management in tracking key metrics and performance.
5. Promote adoption of sales tools through effective communication, training, and practical demonstrations.
6. Ensure tools incorporate relevant data from various sources to facilitate segment selling motions.
7. Maintain relationships with Sales Reps, Regional Sales Managers, and VPs for ongoing improvements and training.
8. Keep training documentation up-to-date.
9. Manage tools access and perform maintenance as needed.
10. Conduct testing for significant enhancement releases.
11. Support change management during Business Unit migrations to the global Salesforce instance.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor's Degree required.
2. Availability to work night shifts (primarily) and observe US holidays.
3. 3-5 years of experience in sales, CRM, training, or related fields.
4. Proven ability to deliver and develop training curricula.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
6. Experience with CRM systems.
7. Highly motivated, proactive, with good business acumen and excellent communication skills.
8. Ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
9. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
10. Proficient in project management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Salesforce certification is a plus.
