  • Handle Full Set of Accounts Including AR, AP, GL and Inventory functions.
  • Responsible for submission of monthly Financial & Management Reports and Accounting Schedules.
  • Responsible for submission of Cash Flow Management Reports & daily cash flow management.
  • Prepares and analyzes Company accounts reconciliation.
  • Prepares and submits all BIR and other government agencies' requirements.
  • Liaise with External Auditors and Tax Advisors.
  • Responsible for annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitoring.
  • Compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting.
  • Ad-hoc assigned related to accounting matters.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND / WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy / Accounting graduate
  • With at least 1-5 years audit/accounting experience
  • Certified Public Accountant

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Willing to report on-site in Potrero, Malabon
