Job Description

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat about training programs.
  • Update and maintain account information for smooth operations.
  • Identify sales opportunities and offer suitable programs.
  • Provide daily support to colleagues and clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Graduate of any degree
  • Proficient in basic MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • People-oriented, hardworking, fast learner, reliable, with good moral character
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work online and onsite
  • Experience preferred but not required
