About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead and execute our talent development strategy. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in instructional design, content development, project management, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will leverage modern learning technologies, including AI-powered tools, to design and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Leadership: Lead the L&D function, aligning learning initiatives with strategic business goals and managing the entire training lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
* Team Management: Provide strong People Management; lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
* Program Development: Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs across various modalities, demonstrating skill in Content Storyboarding and modern instructional design principles.
* Stakeholder Management & Project Management: Exhibit Advanced proficiency in Project Management and Stakeholder Management, ensuring timely delivery of L&D projects and effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
* Technology Integration: Utilize Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Articulate 360 AI, Captivate) and AI-powered video design tools (e.g., Synthesia) to create cutting-edge learning solutions.
* Content & Media Creation: Apply Advanced proficiency with video animation tools (e.g., Vyond) and leverage AI-powered tools for content design (e.g., Canva, ElevenLabs, Stable Diffusion, Tome, Simplified) to enhance learning content.
* Delivery & Facilitation: Employ strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to deliver training and engage diverse learner populations effectively.
* Measurement & Analysis: Analyze training needs, develop robust metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs, and continually optimize offerings.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Education:
* Bachelor's degree.
* 8–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
* 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role within L&D or a related field.
Required Technical & Professional Skills:
* Advanced expertise in Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
* Solid background in People Management and team development.
* Demonstrated skill in Content Storyboarding and designing engaging learning experiences.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Advanced proficiency in key eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 AI, and Captivate.
* Advanced proficiency in using Vyond or other equivalent video animation tools.
* Advanced proficiency in Synthesia and other AI-powered video design tools.
* Intermediate to Advanced familiarity with AI-powered tools for content design (e.g., Canva, ElevenLabs, Stable Diffusion, Tome, Simplified, or others).
* Intermediate working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
* Proven ability to analyze training needs and measure program effectiveness.
