- Identify competency requirements for acting and interim roles, collaborating with Line Managers to ensure accurate assessments.
- Coordinate with accredited training providers to address identified competency gaps effectively.
- Review and approve external training requests, ensuring alignment with competency development needs.
- Develop and implement learning strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the organization.
- Create diverse learning programs, including e-learning, classroom training, and blended learning approaches.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop tailored development plans for all staff levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage the learning and development budget efficiently and responsibly.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to learning and development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with 2-3 years in learning and development
- Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning management systems
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience in performance consulting, needs analysis, and leadership development
- Knowledge of HR management principles and training methodologies
- Strategic thinking, project management, and data-driven decision-making abilities
- TESDA holder of TM1 and relevant HR or L&D certifications preferred but not essential
