Independent Lessor Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage independent lessor relationships and ensure site accessibility in a designated territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, negotiating, and managing moderately complex proposals and contracts under minimal supervision.

They will research business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, including policies, procedures and regulations, to provide leadership and support during proposal, fact-find, negotiation, and day-to-day contracting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve and Close Lessor Concerns: The candidate will resolve and close lessor concerns in the assigned territory in a timely and satisfactory manner to avoid disruptions to the territory team's build and operation activities.
  • Manage Lessor Contracts: They will keep all lessor contracts in the assigned territory active, safekept, available, and renewed based on the territory's priority backlog, resources, and time, compliant with guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with Territory Tribe: The candidate will attend regular cadences and collaboration sessions for the assigned territory tribe to address network performance, quality, and business performance management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

They will also have a solid understanding of business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, and policies, procedures, and regulations.
