As an SAP BASIS Manager, you will lead the technical management of SAP landscapes, drive system optimizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Your expertise will be key in enabling high-quality, innovative solutions for global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the SAP BASIS team to manage the technical landscape for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Oversee system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management across SAP environments (development, quality, pre-production, and production).
  • Define and implement environment strategies including refresh cycles, transport management, and cutover planning for seamless SAP system transitions.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure system availability, performance, and compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, job scheduling, and interface stability, while adhering to change management and release management processes.
  • Provide technical leadership during go-lives, disaster recovery drills, and system audits, while mentoring junior BASIS consultants.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10-12 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration, including 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and HANA database administration.
  • Experience with Transport Management System (TMS) and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Familiarity with SAP on Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP BTP.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
