Responsibilities:

  • Provide SAP Basis administration and support across development, testing, and production systems.
  • Manage daily system operations including monitoring, performance tuning, transport management, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver AMS support — incident management, change requests, system upgrades, and patch applications.
  • Participate in at least 1 to 2 SAP implementation or migration projects, ensuring quality delivery and seamless post-go-live support.
  • Support and manage systems in RISE with SAP environments, including setup, configuration, and cloud integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability and availability.
  • Utilize SAP for Me for monitoring, system maintenance, and lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to or gain exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) projects for integrations, extensions, or custom applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and AMS support.
  • At least 1 or 2 full-cycle SAP implementation or migration project experience.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of RISE with SAP and SAP BTP.
  • Familiarity with SAP for Me portal for system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Experience in SAP HANA database administration.
  • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Open for Project based employment (initial 6 months w/ possibility of extension)

  • Amenable to 1 day Onsite per week in Makati on Dayshift schedule
