Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cooperative leadership teams to ensure timely submission of requirements, payment coordination, and compliance with financing conditions.
  • Oversee end-to-end deployment of vehicles and systems, ensuring supplier delivery schedules, workshop readiness, and compliance with technical standards.
  • Coordinate logistics with suppliers and service partners for smooth handover and commissioning of vehicles.
  • Monitor post-deployment operations and gather feedback from users or coops for continuous improvement.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard local workshop partners or service providers to support maintenance and aftersales requirements.
  • Negotiate basic terms and ensure service-level expectations are clearly defined and met.
  • Coordinate with relevant government departments for permits, certifications, or compliance matters relating to vehicle registration and deployment.
  • Provide local market intelligence on potential coop partners, funding opportunities, or policy developments affecting the electric mobility sector.
  • Provide on-the-ground insight to support strategic decisions, contract negotiations, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Represent the company and participate in negotiation meetings or presentations as required, ensuring proposals are aligned with local realities and constraints.
  • Coordinate and act as the primary point of contact with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and drive performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and implement improvements for continuous process enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage timeline and deliverables for the business targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the electric mobility, automotive, transportation, or related technical industries.
  • Proficient in leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the cities in the Philippines.
  • Filipino candidates residing in General Santos preferred.
  • Experience working in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent Proficiency in written and verbal English and Filipino language.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational processes and employee management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Relevant experience in the sales, operations, or related sectors.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
