What is your mission?
We are looking for an Legal Assistant to support our Investor Relations team with day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll manage email correspondence, coordinate investor communications, prepare offering documents, update CRM databases, and schedule meetings. If you have a background in administration, legal support, or business operations and are highly organized with excellent communication skills, this role is for you.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Investor Relations (IR) representative.
- Manage and organize IR email correspondence and sequences.
- Coordinate preparation and distribution of offering documents.
- Schedule investor meetings, calls, and touchpoints.
- Maintain investor files, records, and Salesforce database.
- Monitor investor calls, take notes, and track action items.
- Support social media engagement (LinkedIn posts, comments, event invites).
- Manage IR calendar, travel schedule, and meeting logistics.
- Track investor inquiries and follow-up actions.
- Assist in planning webinars and investor events.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous administrative or investor relations experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to high-quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
