About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Select Goods' as a Sales and Marketing Officer. In this full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a key part in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives, working closely with the wider marketing team to promote the brand and increase customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing targeted sales and marketing campaigns to promote Select Goods' products and services
  2. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends
  3. Managing and optimising the company's social media channels and digital marketing presence
  4. Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into sales
  5. Attending trade shows and other industry events to represent the company and network with potential customers
  6. Preparing sales reports and presenting insights to the management team
  7. Supporting the development and maintenance of the company's marketing collateral and brand assets

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the marketing communications industry
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing and social media strategy
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret insights and make data-driven decisions
  5. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
