About Doghouse.PH

Doghouse.PH is an early-stage wellnesstech x pettech startup. The company is building a trusted ecosystem where humans and animals thrive together. By combining science-backed wellness programs with certification standards for pet-inclusive spaces, Doghouse.PH aims to set a global benchmark for animal-inclusive wellness. The startup is bootstrapped, showing early traction, and preparing to raise funding to scale its business development and marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For

Doghouse.PH is seeking co-founders who:

  • Have a genuine passion for animal-inclusive wellness and live a pet-inclusive lifestyle

  • Bring expertise in at least one of these areas:

  • Blockchain or Web3 development

  • Business development, partnerships, and fundraising
  • Marketing and growth strategy
  • Community building, content, social media
  • Are comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment
  • Can commit time, energy, and ownership mindset to building something from the ground up

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will depend on area of expertise but could include:

 
Business Development
: Drive partnerships, investor relations, and revenue opportunities

 
Marketing / Growth
: Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, manage brand, content and community building

 Web3 / Blockchain: Architect and build the blockchain components of the platform (e.g. certification verification, on-chain trust solutions)

Collaborate on strategy, fundraising, and scaling the platform globally

Help shape company culture and values as part of the founding team

Compensation

This is a co-founder role with equity only at this stage
. No salary is offered initially. Equity will reflect the level of contribution and commitment, and can be negotiated based on skills, time investment, and responsibilities.
