About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team at MICRODATA SYSTEMS AND MANAGEMENT, INC.' This is a full-time role based in Mandaue City Cebu. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share
  • Set and monitor sales targets, and provide coaching and support to the sales team to help them achieve their individual and team goals
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt sales approaches accordingly
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach
  • Recruit, train and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and customer meetings to build strong relationships and showcase our offerings

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a sales management role, preferably within the Sales industry
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • With experience in operations
  • Familiarity with Management principles and best practices
