Job Titles: Remote Sales Professional

Schedule:
9 am to 5 pm (Pacific time)

30hrs a week (6hr shift with a 30min lunch) and a chance to increase to 40hrs depending on Conversion rate.

Pay:
$5/hour on the first 60 days will increase to $6/hour afterwards.

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, motivated Sales Professional with a sparkling personality Ideal candidates are driven, outgoing, personable, and have the sales skills to make sales build positive brand awareness with our previous customers. Can work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. generating reviews, referrals, collecting video/photo testimonials, and cross sales.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed planned sales targets and objectives consistently.
  • Strategic Target Setting: Experience in setting individual sales targets, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead Generation and Appointment Setting: Skilled in dialing leads, scheduling appointments, and securing meetings with potential clients.
  • Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working alongside marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product updates.
  • Team Player: Willingness to participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to support collective growth.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Capable of adjusting strategies based on market changes and client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manual dialling up to 150 leads/day
  • Set up an appointment with Sales Representative
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Generate referrals positive reviews & testimonials
  • Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
  • Sales Pipeline Management
  • Handling Objections
  • Attending Sales Meetings and Training Sessions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in Sales Industry (B2C, Ideally in the Home improvement industry)
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Successful previous experience in remote sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively. at all levels of the organization
  • Generate appointments calling previous clients
